What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you bought. We use this to fulfil your order, contact you about it, and handle returns. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
• Payments: card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe, who act as our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Enquiries: if you email us, we keep your message and reply so we can help you.
• Accounting: we keep order records for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your shopping bag and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage so they're still there when you come back. This is strictly necessary for the shop to work and never leaves your device. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.

Who we share data with

We share only what's needed with: Stripe (payments), our delivery couriers (your name and address), and our web and email host IONOS. We never sell your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@loharlegacy.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
