1. About us
This website, loharlegacy.uk, is run by Lohar Legacy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16140987. Our registered office is 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our VAT registration number is GB 521 2530 40.

2. Your order
When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy the items in your bag. We accept your offer, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm your order. If we can't accept your order (for example if an item has sold out), we'll let you know and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, costs and times are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See Delivery & Returns for how to return an item and how refunds work.
6. Handmade products
Our products are handmade, so colour, glaze, texture and size vary slightly from the photos and from piece to piece. This is not a fault. Photos are representative of the design.
7. Faulty items and your legal rights
We are required to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
